The thl dedicated shuttle is operated by The Yellow Bus company and runs daily, with the first pick-up at 8am from the airport terminals. The shuttle runs approximately every 30mins. The last airport pick-up of the day will be at 4:10pm from the Domestic Terminal and 4:17pm from the International Terminal, with the last pick-up from the thl Auckland branch going back to the airport at 4:30pm. Look for the bus with the maui, Apollo, Britz, Mighty, Cheapa & Hippie logos on it. Phone number for The Yellow Bus company, should you need it is +64 9 917 5176.
If you’re flying into Auckland airport, Domestic Terminal: Exit the terminal at Doors 9 or 10, from the Jetstar side. Walk across the pedestrian crossing to the Off-site Shuttle Transfers area. Refer to the attached map.
If you’re flying into Auckland airport, International Terminal: Exit the terminal at Door 4, walk across the pedestrian crossing, past the Transport Hub, to the Off-site Transfer Zone. Refer to the attached map and follow the green line.
If you're travelling by car: On-site parking is not available at the branch but there is secure parking available at the airport. Visit the Auckland Airport website for more information.
