  Pour organiser l'heure de prise en charge, veuillez appeler le fournisseur du véhicule au moins 7 jours avant la date du voyage.

• Once at the Depot, Discover NZ will provide you with copies of the rental contract and supply an introduction to the vehicle. They will also advise you of the return procedures for the location you are returning to at the completion of your contract.
  
  Vehicles must be picked up during office hours. After hour pick ups may be possible but are at the discretion of Discover NZ Motorhomes and may also come with an extra fee.
  
  Transfers

  For customers arriving and departing from  Christchurch , Auckland or Nelson, a complimentary transfer is available on the day of pick-up or drop-off of the vehicle from the Airport or your accommodation within a 12km RADIUS of the Airport.
  
  This service is available between business hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm. Mon – Fri , 9am-4pm sat and CLOSED Sundays and Christmas Day  (or outside of these times by prior mutual arrangement).
  
  The hirer must advise us of pick up and drop off times one week before collection to be guaranteed the transfer at a certain time.
