• Pick Up Instructions:

  Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.

  To arrange pick up, please call at least 3 days before travel date.

  Transfer is only available from airport area hotels (see list below). There is a transfer back to the airport from the depot when you drop off your vehicle.

  In order to reduce your waiting time when collecting your vehicle, you can check-in online any time in advance. A link will be provided in your confirmation.

  Customers flying in internationally must stay overnight before picking up the vehicle.

  The complimentary permitted amount of luggage to take with you for your transfer is in accordance with airline regulations.

  Please note: No child seats are provided for the transfer, customers must provide their own.

• No Parking option at the depot due to safety and liability reasons. Most locations also have a No overnight street parking in the area.
  
  Road Bear RV's Our Agoura Hills location leaves you within easy reach of the Malibu beaches, Beverley Hills or head north up the coast to Santa Barbara and there are grocery outlets, convenience stores and gas stations all close by to our rental location.
  
  Please note:- Clients cannot pick up the vehicle the same day they arrive on an international flight (exceptions: Canada & Mexico when these countries are the place of departure, not layover). Therefore we recommend spending the first night in an airport hotel or motel.

  Hours of Operation:-
  Depot is open from Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Saturday from 8am to 1pm (or during season as required, such as summer when we may be open longer). All stations are closed on Sundays and on all statutory holidays.
  
  Pick Up and Return:-
  Vehicle pick-up time is between 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday).
  Vehicle drop-off time starts at 8:00 am has to be concluded at 10:30 am (Monday - Friday).

  To avoid waiting times all customers are asked to check-in online and communicate with the branch to schedule the exact pick-up time.
  
  Saturday pick ups are by appointment only.
  Please call us 3 days prior to pick up so that we can schedule the pick up time. Please do not show up without calling first.

  Transfers

  The complimentary shuttle transfer will be available for pick ups starting April 1, 2022

  Transfers are available by request only and must be reserved via the Road Bear online check-in at least 14 days in advance of the first rental day and confirmed by the branch.

  Transfer will not be made available if the check-in is not completed 14 days prior to the first rental day. Transfers are not available from any location that is not listed on the check-in page.

  Transfers can be scheduled from select gateway airport hotels and some public transportation points. Many airports only allow for drop off but not pick up.

  Customers with reserved transfers must contact the branch 4 days prior to the first rental day to schedule the shuttle pick up time.
