  In order to reduce your waiting time when collecting your vehicle, you can check-in online any time in advance. A link will be provided in your confirmation.

  Bellingham Airport (BLI) is only 5 miles from the supplier's Ferndale, WA location and less than 70 miles from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) in BC, Canada.

  Complimentary transfers from select Vancouver Airport (YVR) hotels to our Vancouver, BC branch in Bellingham, WA. Transfers will cross the Canada/USA border. Fly into Vancouver (YVR) and pick up in Bellingham, WA to begin your Canadian adventure.
  
  Important information about Same Day Flight Arrival
  Clients may only collect the motorhome on the same day that their flight arrives if  
  1) They call the rental office after arrival to arrange a vehicle pick-up time & make their own way to the branch.
  2) They arrive at the rental station no less than 1 hour before the station’s official closing time.
  3) Clients are encouraged to complete the online check in no less than 7 days prior to vehicle take over
  
  Please remember to take potential flight delays, customs, baggage claim and traffic into account before deciding to collect the motorhome on the same day that the flight arrives. Whether the flight is domestic or international, the requirements regarding Same Day Flight Arrival are the same.
  
  Ferndale (YVR) Office recommends using one of the following transportation options:

  • Complimentary Transfer from Vancouver to Ferndale (Washington) from April 2022:

    From the following Vancouver airport hotels:

    - Fairmont, 3111 Grant McConachie Way

    - Sandman Signature, 10251 St. Edwards

    - Accent Inn, 10551 St. Edwards

    - Travelodge. 3071 St. Edwards

    - NOpick up at Vancouver airport.

    - Proof of full vaccination is required to enter the US.

    - Complimentary Shuttle is only provided if requested and reserved by contacting El Monte RV Ferndale 14 days in advance of the first rental day.

    - Pick up at the hotels is between 12:30 and 1:30pm.

    - Important for customers wanting to pick up the RV and return to Canada the same day:there is a negative Covid test needed, that has to be administered in the US, before being able to travel back into Canada.

    - A PCR testing site with same day results is located 5.5 miles from our Ferndale location.
    
    Please call El Monte RV on the morning of the scheduled pick-up to arrange a vehicle pick-up time and be at the station no less than 1 hour before the station’s official closing time.

  • Rental Car: From Vancouver Airport / SEATAC to Bellingham Airport, Avis has no drop fee and unlimited miles. Approximate cost: $60 - $150. No charge for transfer from Bellingham Airport.
  • SEATAC: Airporter Shuttle to Bellingham airport: approx. $40 / person. See: www.airporter.com
  • No charge for transfer from Bellingham Airport or from Bellingham bus station.

  Please note that all taxes, including the tax on the items you have pre-paid, will be due at the rental counter when you arrive at the depot.

• Rückgabeinformation:
