TRANSFER:
Transfer form/to airport or airport hotel organised by station. The station will contact customer 1-2 weeks before pick up if transfer is booked to advise time arrival, no. of people and baggage. Our taxi driver usually waits by McDonalds restaurant in the arrivals area at the airport. We will have a sign with Mcrent on it and the customers name.
If the client didn’t arrange any pickup in Auckland, they have to call our 0800 Mcrent (0800 627368) and they will have to expect delay and wait for available taxi. We prefer to have flight detail so that the client can come to the depot as soon as possible.
Pickup only available for clients that stay near to the Airport. For clients stay in city, they have to find their own transport.
Parking Info:
Parking is available at King Storage Pokeno 200m away from station for $5/day. Contact Details: 09-600 9020Supply of vehicle:
McRent only guarantees a specific group, NOT a specific vehicle. Layouts and sizes may vary. If it is not possible for McRent to provide a vehicle of the booked group at PickUp:
1) a vehicle of an equal or higher category is provided
2) a vehicle of a lower category is provided and the price difference is credited
3) a vehicle at a different location is offered. Any extra charges are borne by the customers
4) If 1 - 3 is not possible, the Rental Company reserves the right to cancel the rental free of charge
Transfers to hotels in the city center can be organized for a surcharge of 35 NZD per way and taxi (payable locally).
